Case # 2411-CC00492 - ANTHONY FRIEDMAN V MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE
Anthony "Tony" Friedman was the plaintiff litigant, naming the Missouri Dept. of Revenue as defendants over a replacement title for a 2007 Piaggio Vespa motor scooter worth about $1,000 -2,000
For your consideration, Anthony Friedman advertises on his website that he has realized settlement and jury verdicts in excess of one million dollars.
However, prior to my investigation and expose of the legal and business conduct of Friedman those results were presented as "plausibly" the work and results of his solo practice. Without any attribution to the law firm whereat he was employed when those results were achieved nor mention of the infrastructure, supporting staff and resources that was at that time available to achieve such results.
Upon investigation and reporting Friedman has updated his website and ascribed the fact that those results were realized while he was employed with a previous law firm.
We now have a very real tension to be resolved. A personal injury attorney who boasts of being able to handle complex litigation with regard to personal injury claims and in contrast, an attorney that spends their time litigating over "crumbs". The value of a 2007 Vespa Motor Scooter.
Ladies and gentlemen, I know from experience, residing in the State of Missouri, that the protocol for obtaining a replacement title is simply to make your appearance at the D.M.V. office and show proof of ownership.
However, "Super Lawyer" Tony Friedman considered it a requisite to make a civil case of the matter.
