Client abandonment - Conflict of interest
In my continuing investigation of Anthony R. Friedman Mo. Bar #65531 now d.b.a. The Friedman Law Firm LLC St. Louis, St. Charles I have uncovered strong evidence of a conflict of interest of Anthony Friedman and that of client abandonment while he was representing me in a medical malpractice complaint while under the employ of The Simon Law Firm P.C. in St. Louis Missouri.
This is yet further evidence that I will incorporate in an attorney professional misconduct complaint that I am preparing to be filed with the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel of the State of Missouri no later than December 31, 2025
These allegation(s) will cite the rules of professional conduct specifically, Rule 4-1.7 (conflict of interest), Rule 4-1.3 (diligence), Rule 4-1.4 (communication) and will make request that the O.C.D.C. investigate and confirm the factual truth of these allegations and render disciplinary remedies accordingly and per their discretion.
