Herein is a supplement to the complaint that was filed with the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel of the Missouri Supreme Court by Albert B. Pepper Jr. on December 22, 2025 naming Anthony R. Friedman Mo. Bar # 65531 as respondent.

This follow up, supplement addresses issues with regard to the alleged violations of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct by Anthony R. Friedman post withdrawal from representation on June 30, 2023 and is specific to his business and professional conduct in solo practice d.b.a. the Friedman Law Firm LLC in St. Louis (Saint Louis), St. Charles (Saint Charles) Missouri that demonstrates a pattern of misconduct to the present day that impacts the public and consumer.

Dear Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel,

Please find attached my supplemental complaint for investigation of additional violations of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct by Respondent Anthony R. Friedman (Missouri Bar No. 65531).

This supplement addresses post-withdrawal misconduct in Mr. Friedman's solo practice (Friedman Law Firm LLC) involving misleading communications and advertising, in violation of Rules 4-7.1, 4-7.5, and related provisions under Rule 4-8.4. It builds on my original complaint filed December 22, 2025, regarding misconduct during his representation of me in Albert Pepper v. Vladimir Gelfand, M.D., et al., Case No. 19SL-CC04680 (21st Judicial Circuit, St. Louis County, Missouri).

The attached PDF includes the full supplemental complaint, factual allegations, rule citations, and enclosures/exhibits (screenshots of the website, ordinance excerpts, permit documentation, etc.).
